You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, defective or wrong item. Email support@pandoramart.in with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to return the item.
Changed your mind. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will give you the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer. Your refund is issued within 5 business days after we receive the item.
Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Email support@pandoramart.in with your order number.
How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
