This policy explains what Pandora Mart (“we”, “us”) collects when you use pandoramart.in and what we do with it.
What we collect. When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address. When you browse: your IP address, device and browser details, and pages viewed, through cookies.
Payments. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Why we use it. To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and measure and improve our store and ads.
Who we share it with. Only the minimum each service needs: PayPal to take payment; CJ Dropshipping, our fulfilment partner, which receives your name, shipping address, phone and email to deliver your order; Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through the Meta Pixel, and Google, to measure visits and ads; and Hostinger, which hosts this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart working and, with the Meta Pixel and Google tools, to measure visits and ads. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may not work without them.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to support@pandoramart.in. We reply within 30 days.
Changes. If we change this policy we will update this page.
