We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment.
Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders.
Customs and duties. All prices include any import charges for US orders. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Lost or late orders. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us at support@pandoramart.in and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped.
